BBD SAL progress
Here is an updated progress of my Quaker Garden for the BB Quaker SAL:

I found that I made a mistake using a wrong color to stitch the star between letters H and I,;I fixed using the correct color, and this time, I added my initials and year to the piece.

Only 25% of the design left to go :)

Quaker Garden - BBD SAL
Here is the progress report of my Quaker Garden for our Blackbird SAL:
; width: 400px; height: 284px;
I'm very happy with the colors, they look more bright than the original ones. So far I have stitched the 50% of the design. I have made some changes to give it my personal touch.

Finally, some Quaker stitching!
Quaker a Six Mains
my DMC linen floss project

I've been AWOL for far too long--and with no Quaker stitching going on! But I'm back, and last night I picked up my Quaker a Six Mains for the first time in over a year. I don't know why I ever stopped stitching on it, but maybe it's because the DMC linen floss is a bit of a bear to work with. No matter, I'm glad to be stitching on it again. This is my Tuesday rotation project until it's finished!

I did find a counting error, so next week I'll have to break out the blocking board, the pins, and do some very precise counting to find the error and to determine what I'm going to do to correct it.

It's good to be back.

Midnight Stitchings Faith Hope and Love
At last the piece is framed! I am so pleased with it. I've put in a close up shot so you can see how the framer covered the spacer with the same fabric. She always pays such attention to detail. Her advice helped choose the framing and I am so pleased.
