GOODEHUSWIFE PINCUSHION.
I realized this pincushion with a very old GH design, I closed it with blanket stitch and made tassels by hand for the corners. There's lavender inside.

Here's a little update...
I thought I would post a snap of the little bit of progress I have made in the last day or so.

I have been really busy getting together the RR I am in. First sketching, then charting then stitching.....then thinking about it. As you can see with the BP piece I am working it along the bottom and then will turn the corner and work up the side eventually working to the middle of the piece. I am still really enjoying working this piece, but there never seems to enough stitching time does there????

In progress
This is one of my Quakers in progress - one of Ellen Chester's freebies. Yes, it's over one - which I love to do - though the lighting needs to be right & my eyes can't be tired, like they are now. Life's crazy and won't settle down for at least a couple of more weeks - just in time for school to start for my DD. *lol*

Done!!

Veronica, thank you for suggesting this up on Quaker Inspired blog too. As a matter of fact,I was a little hesitating to do so. Because I don't know whether this inspire Quaker or not? I'm really pleased to show this pretty pink house!
This is "My Pink House" from With Needle & Thread by Blackbird Designs. In this book there are many pretty charts. Next I'd like to stitch "Friendship's Sheltering Vine" from this book. After stitching it I'd like to up on this blog, but I don't know it inspire Quaker. Could someone give me a clue?

Joining The Group
Hi. I am just joining your group today. I am very much in love with the Quaker designs. However, there never seems to be enough time to stitch all the things that I want to. I have been doing counted cross stitch since the early 1980s, but it has become my life in the last three years since I retired. As a part of my retirement, I help out in my LNS on the average of one day a week and also do stitching for the shop. I do both store model and design model stitching for the shop. (www.thesunflowerseed.com).
Included are a couple of projects from The Workbasket, one completed and one WIP. The Quaker Santa was done on 28-ct Lambswool linen with Needle Necessities Razzle Dazzle Red. The white is Opal from Caron Waterlilies. Below is the beginnings of Quaker Snowman on 28-ct Picture This Plus Dawn using Needle Necessities Thin Ice fiber. The plans in my head are to do more Quaker designs including the next SAL decided on by the group.

I look forward to seeing the progress of every one's projects.

I started BP Quaker Sampler
I started stitching this BP Quaker Sampler today. It's too hard to decide the thread color though,at last I choosed DMC No.3808. Its description is "Ultra V DK Turquoise". It's beautiful, and fit nicely with this antique white linen.
I choose this thread though,I'm really looking foward to look various version of everyone.:)

Nicki's Beatrix Potter start

Here's my start on the Beatrix Potter Quaker for the SAL. It's going to be stitched on 40ct Georgia Clay from Silkweaver using a mixture of red overdyed cotton threads. It should be fun!

I'd like to stitch at once, but I cannot do so. Because for "beatrix Potter's Quaker Sampler" I'd ordered a fabric. It dosen't reach here yet. But I hope I'll start to do in the next week, then I'd like to join SAL.:)

Stitching away at the BP Sampler
We just got back at the end of last week from vacation in the Black Hills of South Dakota, what a great area to visit. But the entire time I was away not a stitch was done. I worked on the SAL this past Sunday and here the project stands . I need to chart out some initials under the bird/lake , or I might do a date, I have not decided.Hope everyone is having a great summer.

Take care,

Hello!
I thought I'd introduce myself, though I can't upload a picture of my Quakers (I'm at work). I'm Nancy & I know a number of you already from other stitching groups. I love Quakers & can't wait to do more of those in my stash ... as well as all the ones I've not yet bought! *lol*

introduction
Hi my name is Marjo and I live in Alaska. I love stitching samplers especially Quakers. I am stitching Beatrix Potter currently. I worked on it today while watching the movie Miss Potter. Seemed right somehow.
I am excited to be part of this SAL. I so far have the first medallion and half of the second one done. I am doing this sampler on Lakeside Linens Light Vintage Exemplar and am using Threadgather's silk Nan's mulberry.

Introducing myself
Hello everyone!

Thank you Veronica for the invite! I'm Marianne and am totally addicted to Quaker stitching and designing. I'm so excited to see Quaker Row and Quaker Floral on your blog! Both were alot of fun to design and stitch. Today was Quaker SAL day and I stitched on a Quaker style model with a little whimsical element to it. I am currently doing an RR with several stitchers working on With My Needle's Ackworth Quaker Friendship Book. Am having alot of fun with this. Also have a few stitches started in Needleprint's Ann Trump Sampler and belong to the Weihenburg Quaker SAL.

Looking forward to getting to know everyone and share our love of Quaker stitching.

Hi Everyone
Hi Everyone, my name is Debbie Draper of Debbie Draper Designs. Another designer friend of mine found this blog and told me about her Quaker (Quaker Row) and my two Quakers were featured on the homepage. I can tell you that I was greatly honored and it was very exciting to see my designs so well publicized. I absolutely love anything thing Quaker so of course I had to design some myself. These two designs are still selling quite well, thanks to everyone who love Quakers, LOL.

I look forward to "meeting" everyone.
